I learned a lot through this L & D Cert Program. I came from a a high school teaching background and am looking to pivot to another, related career. I do think that some of the content drew on prior knowledge, especially the areas on Coaching/Mentoring and the ADDIE model, however, there was a lot that was completely new to me and it would have been more helpful to take a shorter "Intro" course in order to familiarize myself more with the L & D role and functions before taking on this Certifcation. But, I did it!
