Very practical. Very relatable. Very relevant for current times. I especially liked the final capstone assignment and interactive test as it allowed me to implement all that I had learned in the program in a very practical way. This course is worth taking if you are truly interested in being define as more than just a people leader but as a business partner and coach in the workplace contributing to the business bottom line.

I can't recommend the AIHR HRBP 2.0 Certificate Program enough! I liked it a lot. What I appreciated the most was its focus on practical application over dry theory. Instead of just learning concepts, I was able to see how to apply them in real-world scenarios, which was incredibly valuable. Plus, there are a ton of templates provided that you can immediately use in your day-to-day work.
