- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with employees and stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience working in a large global organization.
- Professional certification in DEI or related field.
